Hi, I’m Liz.

I am a coach, speaker, assessment junkie, (soon-to-be) author—and someone who knows what it means to completely change your life.  I have been doing it one small step at a time and know first-hand small steps can make big progress when done consistently.

I believe that shifting your mindset is the most powerful move you can make—because when you change the way you think, you change the way you live. It’s not just about positive thinking or motivational quotes on your feed. It’s about choosing, every day, to believe in possibility over limitation. It’s the moment you stop asking “Why me?” and start asking “What’s next?” It’s realizing that the stories you’ve told yourself—about what you can’t do, who you’re not, or what’s out of reach—aren’t facts, they’re just familiar.

When you start managing your thinking and examining your thoughts, and the stories you have told yourself, you can start to flip that script and everything opens up. Opportunities appear. Confidence grows. Life expands. Mindset isn’t magic—but it feels like it when you finally see what you’re truly capable of.

I’ve spent over 20 years helping leaders find their edge, own their voice, and grow into the version of themselves they didn’t know was possible. From the boardroom to the Zoom room, I’ve coached executives, built leadership programs from scratch, and spoken on stages about what really moves the needle: mindset.

I have used mindset to get healthier (losing 140 pounds), transform my body, my mind, my relationships and the way I show up in the world and I am passionate about helping others do the same.

I help people feel their best, be their best, and live their best. Whether you’re trying to lead a team, make a big career move, or just feel like yourself again, I’m here to help you level up your life and leadership.

Growth doesn’t have to be intimidating—it should feel doable, exciting, and real. I bring both heart and clarity to the work I do and help people show up fully and lead with purpose. Because when you feel your best, you live your best—and that’s when the magic starts to happen.
